On the project side:
• Gather, analyze and synthesize primary and secondary research and analysis of
healthcare companies, products and global trends
• Perform financial analysis, including the preparation of financial models and reports
• Support preparation of company and market analyses, and business development
• Develop and edit slide presentations or other communications in support of the transaction process, such as information memoranda and company profiles
• Participate in discussions with executive-level leadership
• Participate in firm development by contributing to recruiting, knowledge management,
technology systems, and related functions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

On the business development side:
• Performs external source, web, and proprietary database searches to identify potential clients and provide a deeper understanding of the current landscape within a given treatment area, geographic region, and type of engagement under consideration
• Participates in client teleconferences and in-person meetings
• Listens to potential customers' needs, understands objections, and communicates the
value of the unique services that Alira Health offers
• Develops pitch decks and other client-facing materials as needed
• Brings the best team around the table to maximize the chance of showing Alira Health‘s
expertise and closing an engagement
• Develops and executes special cross-marketing/biz dev initiatives
• Supports in identifying new business opportunities to support AH growth
