In charge of the rollout of all projects and systems related to the complete digital platform, according to the recommendations and procedures defined by the Digital Services Roll-Out. The objective is to support sales and maximise revenue in all AccorHotels hotels within the UK, as well as supporting the hotels to drive the changes of the systems and the procedures
Implemented the Hotel Roll-out and Training of new Distribution Systems and functionalities, digital projects and systems related to the AccorHotels distribution platform & hotel applications
