Developed the B2C Pricing Strategy for Star & India Today channels (a world's first for a
bundled, substitutable & perishable service i.e. TV Channels) along with a business partner
incentivization scheme for the same.
New Business (Product) Development/Sales Strategy:
Conceptualized & implemented new business streams like TVTN Distribution & TataSky SVOD
services resulting in additional consumer revenues of ~5 Mn$ (@15% Net Margin).
Develop Strategies to drive affiliate revenues & increase subscription for Star's South & India Today.
Channel (Product) Strategy:
Developed & published viewership dashboards for portfolio channels & led action on the
insights gained catapulting portfolio channels viewership in many instances.
