From January 2023 to March 2024
• Interned within the M&A Team for 6 months, converted to a full-time Analyst position
• Analyzed different opportunities across the biomass, geothermal,
solar and pellet industries, with valuation ranging from €30-150m EV
• Participated to the definition of the M&A strategy, along with C- level executives, following the acquisition by KKR
• Participated in the origination, valuation, and execution of an Australian pellet producer acquisition
• Collaborated with the different business units of the group to execute M&A projects
