- Delivering Order Intake, Sales and Margin as agreed during budgeting process (target of ~20 mioEUR),
- Leading a team of 25 engineers based in India, Indonesia, The Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam, plus dotted line to the local Sales and Service teams,
- Managing the business, including order acquisition and project execution,
- Providing continuous market analysis, including identifying attractive market areas as well as potential partners (including M&A targets),
- Accelerating the development of the BU in India, Indonesia, and Vietnam, including building local teams, approaching new customers, pushing marketing activities (e.g. fairs, specific seminars).
