Management of a team of 15 to 20 members, supervision of
recruitment, training and professional development of each
team member
Work in direct collaboration with the coaches of other French
and international teams to establish training sessions covering
all aspects of the events (budget, calendar, coordination with
the athletes, event logistics)
Creation of itineraries, travel reservations and management of
the association's expenses for 10 to 20 people
Evaluations and analysis of team members and the
organizational diagrams in order to introduce advanced working
methods in water polo and swimming for 50 trainees
Monitoring of competitors' activities to assess their strategies
and gain bene ts in the future matches
