My experience is based on two strong and structuring pillars: 18 Years in the Sports Industry within the Rossignol Group and 10 Years in the Food Industry at Danone and General Mills / Yoplait where I held positions ranging from Marketing Director to General Manager.
Thanks to this experience, my professional project revolves around a position as CEO/GM/BU Mnger
• Either in a consumer products or services company (FMCG / Sports / Motorsports...)
• Or with a partner in Private Equity - LBO type format - as a minority investor and always in the same business sectors..
My skills - Strategic Brand Management - Marketing Mix - Product & Service innovation - New Business Development - Intl' Sales Management - Full Digital Strategy are expressed in an international as well as a national environment. I also rely on my know-how in General Management, P&L Management, Organizational & Cultural Transformation, Restructuring and M&A. I speak German and English fluently
I particularly enjoy working on New Business Development in an international environment. I can see it as a way to start a collaboration with a company or a Private Equity Firm. It can also be understood from an Intrapreneurship perspective.
I have also created Ilbaritz Consulting, a consulting company that allows me to respond to requests for support.
Finally, I am an investor in a retail concept on motorcycle lifestyle (https://www.theroyalracer.com/) as well as in a Premium French Ski Brand (https://www.marcel-livet.fr/).
