● Developed from scratch a $24M business with 70% recurring revenue over 18 months – booked $40M contracts while downsizing the team of 40%. Overperformed main competitor on all KPIs in 2022.
● Negotiated and signed directly 2 of the 3 largest 2022 contracts (respectively $1.4M and $1M value)
● Built portfolio and complete go-to-market for automotive, mapping, public sector, retail, insurance
