- Led a team of 8 trainees over 4 stages of production on the Trim Line to appropriately divide the available manforce in order to manage workload
- Optimized processes by conducting regular time-study to study the changes needed in deployment of the workforce in order to keep a check on the labour cost per vehicle as per production requirements
- Took responsibility to deal with the Welding Line & Paint Shop, who supplied us the vehicle after their processes, by regularly communicating about the defects which appear in the processes at these two production lines

- Studied the most common problems which biggest dealerships in Chennai, India had to face using Pareto’s principle, eliminated the bottlenecks and communicated the results with the respective production teams.
- Studied the processes needed to prepare a car for a crash test, conducted a time-study on the crash-testing vehicle and combined several processes with the help of the simple tools, which eventually led to a time reduction by 11 man-hours.
- Learned the various cutting tools used in the Engine Shop by studying the cutting methods involved in the manufacturing of engines to salvage the surface cutting tools in milling of the cylinder head of engines.
