Assigned to the University Risk services (Sector expertise: Luxury goods and retail, telecommunications, space industry, real estate, manufacturing, energy)

• FEADER Project File Review
- Supporting the Regional Council as part of the 2023-2027 European regional program;
- Analysis, evaluation, and processing of agricultural aid applications for rural development;
- Contributing to the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy and European funding initiatives.

• Lottery Services in Europe (DSI : Draw Site Independent)
- Present as an independent third-party at the draw site, appointed by SLE, to ensure trust and integrity.
- Responsible for validating that the draw process adheres to agreed procedures and complies with
game regulations.
- Tasked with producing a report detailing the winning numbers of the draw.

• Internal Control and Audit
- Process review and implementation of risk and control matrices;
- Evaluation and optimization of internal processes;
- Follow-up of self-assessment and testing campaigns and implementation of action plans, monitoring of actions and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Media & Marketing risk, contract risk management;
- Evaluation of a marketing expense management tool;
- Audit of media buying expenses.

• Crisis management
- Coordination and execution of crisis management exercises.

• Governance Survey
- Acceleration of ESG : Entire CAC40 and SBF120, i.e. 120 companies + French midcaps belonging to the All Tradable 250 (80 of the largest German, British, Dutch and Italian market capitalizations)
- Ratings calculated for each company according to the following criteria: Board Organization and Functioning, ESG Maturity, Risk Management, Ethics and Compliance.

• IT Audit
- Participation in IT audit assignments as part of a CAC mandate for public and private companies, including SOX;
- Carrying out and documenting IT general controls, automatic business application controls embedded in systems, interface data dump controls and ISAE3402 report assessment;
- Audit the quality of audited data extracted directly from the information system (filter, query and completeness);
- Drafting and formulating IT audit recommendation reports concerning IT internal control.

Assigned to the Enterprise Application services as a Project Management Officer — International Rollout of S/4HANA and Core Model based solution :
• EUROSTAR (Belgium, Netherland, UK, Ireland)
• OPERA (Italia, France, US, Norway)
• BIMA (Indonesia)
• ORION (Switzerland, Germany, Greece, Sweden)

During the preparation of aircraft visits and the maintenance sites, means are made available to the technicians (lubricants/aircraft parts) to meet the needs. Unfortunately, more than 20% of the prepared elements are not used by the technicians. This situation generates a significant flow of reintegration to the stores, especially an activity that mobilizes human and computer resources, WITHOUT added value.
