I am passionate about solving problems, acting as a bridge between departments to get things done, and would love to bring my drive and excitement for new challenges and innovative strategic projects to a new role in financial services.

During my 7+ years as Operations Manager at Reston Wealth Management (a boutique investment management firm in the USA), I was a transversal business leader who built or rebuilt many company operations from scratch around the goal of maximizing sales team performance (the financial advisors) and led a dynamic operations team. In this role, I took on technical challenges like analyzing and upgrading 30+ backend Salesforce processes to improve efficiency and providing training to all employees as part of the transition to new technology, as well as non-technical ones like mentoring less experienced staff.

Being that Reston Wealth is a small but growing business, my responsibilities were broad and the skills required quite extensive, which helped me develop the ability to learn quickly and work across all facets of the business, including HR, marketing, finance, client service, etc. I understand working in regulated environments, enjoy people management and taking care of my team, and want to evolve my career in Europe going forward.
