As Häagen-Dazs CEO, Fabrice, partnered with design legend Alberto Alessi to create the iconic "Big Love Cup," revolutionizing the ice cream experience and elevating the brand to Italy's premier luxury ice cream status. This success was rooted in Fabrice extensive experience across diverse cultures and nations, where he had to train his empathy, humility and adaptability to deeply connect with people.

These spectacular results in the world's most challenging ice cream market caught the attention of the President of L'Oréal Luxury Brands, who asked him to enhance the experience of Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren, Kiehl's and Biotherm in the United States.

During a meeting with Steve Jobs, Fabrice conceived the idea of creating the first personal fragrance player, poised to revolutionize the beauty industry. He led the project with teams from Apple and L'Oréal, backed up by the law firm Finnegan in Washington, demonstrating again his capacity to unite diverse cultures around a shared vision.

Fabrice subsequently formed partnerships with leading organizations such as Sky, Nespresso, Google, the United Nations, driven by the belief that business, beyond wealth creation, should become a catalyst for a better world, particularly for human well-being and the living World.

In 2014, he founded the first "Life Sanctuary," backed by Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard. The project won the Hollywood in Media award and a is founding member of the Regenerative Society Foundation.

A highly sought-after speaker Fabrice has addressed prestigious audiences such as the United Nations Earth Summit in Rio, TEDx @IMD, the Global Tech Summit, Bits & Pretzels, the Swiss Management Society, the HackSummit..

He serves on numerous boards of large companies and startups, where he brings his business acumen and clarity of vision. As a business partner at Banque Pictet, Fabrice pioneered the creation of the first regenerative investment fund, showcasing his ability to inspire innovative and impactful financial solutions.

A respected academic, Fabrice is a faculty member at SDA Bocconi University and a visiting professor at Fudan University in Shanghai. At the Faculty of Economics and Management HEC at the University of Lausanne, he leads the programs "The City of Tomorrow" and "Innovation for Happiness," with the aim to identify and develop innovative business solutions that create prosperity and well-being.
