Hello!
After more than 20 years leading major infrastructure projects in France and abroad, I use to manage multicultural teams within complex organizations. My Executive MBA, which I recently completed, has allowed me to complement my hands-on experience with a more structured strategic approach.
I'm particularly drawn to identifying what truly creates value and turn it into concrete actions. To achieve my goals, I always build my decisions on solid financial analysis while keeping human considerations and long-term impact in mind.
