Managing the construction timeline and meeting all pre-construction contract deadlines.
Managing the issuance of title deeds, occupancy certificates and rental agreements.

Building a real estate development model based on land cost, construction cost, operating expenses and potential revenue to help the company deciding on future investments.

Analysis of a business plan of a restaurant in Beirut in order to assess its need to a subsidized loan "Kafalat".

Study and design of landing strips at Blaise Diagne International Airport (Senegal).
Conception and design of the highway connecting Doha to Madinat Al Shamal (Qatar).
Creation of database file between the different plane types and the airport highways.
