My job was to technically produce the requirements of my team, the Apple & Devices Technical Unit, responsible for the Mac & iPad IT infrastructure, as well as those of my department, Chanel's IT Customer Service.
My responsibilities:
• Developing Power BI reports for Chanel's Mac environment (2,300 devices).
• Automating complex tasks by creating Power Automate flows and scripts.
• Project manager for the development of an IT accessory inventory management application via the Power Platform.
• Project manager for the development of an application for the digitization of IT equipment handover reports via the Power Platform.
• PoC coordinator for monitoring applications: development of Mac use cases, participation in workshops, assistance in the final selection of the application.
• Creation of Python scripts for data integration into Power BI tables.
