• Monitored and achieved key operating kpi targets for 350 programs worldwide in development generally with 5 years of production life and having total lifetime value-added sales of €15bn
• Analyzed and validated business plans for new acquisition programs worldwide
• Prepared and presented monthly Program dashboard closing to the key stakeholders
• Analyzed P&L, performed variance analysis and identified top offenders/contributors
• Conducted risks and opportunities analysis in terms of material price increase, transportation and salary inflation for all the 350 programs and presented our exposure to the particular risks and provided risk hedging solutions to Group Finance to ensure stable cash flows
• Co-ordinated with several stakeholders and participated in Budget and Strategic Plan preparation
• Led the tool migration process for our reporting tool from IBM TM1 tool to IBM TM2 tool and performed several UATs to ensure data reliability and enhanced performance
• Identified potential improvements within reporting tool and worked with technical team to improve tool functionality and performance which led to higher productivity across all users
