I advise C-suite leaders, public authorities, and regulated industry operators on infrastructure modernisation in sectors where technology decisions carry long-term economic, security, and societal consequences.
With 20 years across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, shaping standards, leading the technical and strategic design of North Africa's first autonomous metro communications platform alongside a national rail authority and government ministry, and advising sovereign procurement bodies on infrastructure decisions that last a generation, I operate at the intersection of technology strategy, regulatory frameworks, and capital deployment.
Alongside this, I am completing an Executive MBA at ESSEC Business School, deepening my focus on systems-level leadership, infrastructure governance, and responsible capital allocation in regulated environments.
My work sits where engineering rigor, commercial strategy, and institutional complexity converge, and that is exactly where the most consequential decisions get made.
