-Develop the commercial relationship with strategic clients,
-Promote the full range of BNP Paribas Securities Services products (depositary bank, fund administration, Transfer Agent, Custody …).
-Understand and improve client profitability through successful pricing negotiations, new product development and operational reengineering.
-Participate in the development of innovative products (digital platforms and applications, ESG offer).

- Develop a Customer Centric Culture and Ethic Sales practices in all 37 countries where BNP Paribas Cardif is implemented (suitable proposition, clear advice)
- Improve customer experience throughout the customer journeys (optimization and digitalization)
- Organize the listening of the voice of customers (satisfaction surveys, complaints and social medias listening)

-Deliver strategic and transversal analysis to the Bank’s senior management & Group Comex.
-Organize Risk Committees & Forums on the BNPP development strategy in emerging countries
-Reengineer the Group Country Review Framework (Setting up Policy and Methodology; streamlining the process, presentation to General Management Committees).

-Headquarters based department in charge of auditing HSBC’s global markets activities around the globe.
-Audits covering front to back & risk management activities.

-Credit & Counterparty Risk Portfolio Management - Equity Derivatives Desk: Assist with the structuring of transactions, reviewing and negotiating legal terms, providing general advice and analysis to Business, coordination of TAC&NAC.
-Credit Risk Analysis on Australia and New Zealand financial institutions: perform annual reviews, review one-off requests, formulate and present credit recommendations

- Strategic Review of BNP Paribas CIB in Australasia / Coordination of CIB Business Plan
- Strategic mapping of Foreign Investment banks in Australasia: positioning BNPP among Foreign Investment Banks and highlighting BNPP competitors;
- Prospecting research on Australasian market to identify potential new clients: issuing a list of prospects for Corporate and FIG coverage teams, following geographic and industrial breakdowns.
