- Meet regularly with the Treasurers of my clients (Accor, AccorInvest, Air France-KLM, Casino, Danone, EssilorLuxottica, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield … - Altice, Eutelsat, Iliad, Orange, Vivendi) to promote the bank products (bond issues, hedging, loans, cash management, guarantees …). Strong autonomy on outbound business.
Developed the cash management of Canal+ in Asia in 2017 and the cash pool of Eurofins in Japan in 2020.
- Exchange daily with the bank product lines (DCM, IR/FX Sales, Strategic Finance, Aviation Finance, Project Finance, Syndication, Factoring, Securitisation, Trade Finance, Transaction Banking …).
Helped win several IR derivatives and guarantees by optimising their modelling in the pricing system.
- Took part in several Strategic Financings: Accor (Mantra), AccorInvest (spin-off, Orbis), EssilorLuxottica (Luxottica, GrandVision), Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (Westfield) …
- Negotiate vanilla loan agreements (RCF / Term Loan) and derivative master agreements (ISDA / FBF) with my clients.
Successfully coordinated the work of Syndication, Credit, Legal, and Compliance on Casino 2019 debt full refinancing and AccorInvest 2021 bank debt restructuring.
- Manage the bank exposure (credit lines, market lines …) on my clients and monitor their profitability (NBI, RWA …).

- Promoted the bank business lines (ECM, DCM, Leveraged Finance, IR/FX Sales, Securitisation, Factoring …) to my clients (Alcatel-Lucent, Altice, Iliad, Orange). Strong autonomy on smaller clients (Bouygues Telecom, SES, TF1).
Selected by the 4 telecom operators to issue the 4 bank guarantees (€ 416m each) to take part in the 2015 4G frequency auctions thanks to an in-depth study of the French regulator requirements that allowed a competitive pricing.
- Negotiated syndicated and bilateral vanilla loan agreements with my clients.
- Monitored the profitability (NBI, RWA …) and concentration indicators of my clients.

- Took part in a merger project between Technicolor (Thomson group) and its European equivalent Arvato (Bertelsmann group) by producing in 2 months combined accounts for the past 2 years.
- Assisted Rhodia in setting up, in 1 month, a data-room with pro-forma accounts for the past 3 years and a 6-year business plan for its silicone division => the division was sold to a Chinese group.
- Advised Vivendi on countering Lagardere price adjustment requests in the frame of the sale of its publishing activity.
Audit:
- Entrusted with the audit team of Orange acquisitions, divestitures, and impairment tests.
- Responsible for the audit team of Vivendi corporate treasury (convertible bonds, FX forwards, IRS, equity options …).
