- Studied the processes needed to prepare a car for a crash test, conducted a time-study on the crash-testing vehicle and combined several processes with the help of the simple tools, which eventually led to a time reduction by 11 man-hours.
- Learned the various cutting tools used in the Engine Shop by studying the cutting methods involved in the manufacturing of engines to salvage the surface cutting tools in milling of the cylinder head of engines.
