I led both strategic and operational aspects of the marketing function by:

Driving app adoption and visibility: Designed and directed multi-channel marketing campaigns that highlighted Epicere’s value proposition for retailers and consumers. Through effective coordination with cross-functional teams, I ensured the consistent delivery of brand messaging and on-time completion of all marketing milestones.

Leading grassroots market activation: Initiated and guided a robust primary research drive involving direct engagement with over 50 retail outlets across Delhi NCR. This initiative resulted in a 75% onboarding success rate among targeted stores, establishing strong partnerships and real-world insight into retail behaviors and challenges.

Creating performance measurement systems: Developed a comprehensive KPI framework for retail partners that emphasized process compliance, risk control, and operational efficiency. These metrics became a core part of evaluating store performance and informed future marketing interventions.

Enhancing customer experience through research: Conducted extensive secondary research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and user feedback, identifying actionable insights that refined Epicere’s product roadmap and improved the overall user experience.
