Dear alumni,

We are very happy to invite you to a new evening with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, featuring an exciting performance of Don Quixote by Richard Strauss, as part of the Essentials series.

The next event will be held on:

Saturday, 21 June 2025
from 8 pm (concert starts at 9.00 pm)

Thanks to the kind support of Dominik Winterling (E06), Managing Director of the Concertgebouworkest, this event is free for ESSEC alumni.

Please register by email at e.spadon@concertgebouworkest.nl before the 6th of June.
When registering, please indicate that you are from ESSEC.

The concert, conducted by Han-Na Chang, will bring to life the adventures of Cervantes’ famous knight-errant in Strauss’ Don Quixote, performed by the Concertgebouw Orchestra’s principal soloists Tatjana Vassiljeva (cello) and Santa Vižine (viola).

The Essentials series offers an imaginative and accessible introduction to classical masterpieces. The evening begins with a lively presentation (in Dutch) by Thomas Vanderveken, contributing to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of these concerts.

Looking forward to seeing you!
