Invitation to the Round Table & Networking Event

The Außenwirtschaft Austria invites Le Café des Grandes Ecoles to the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKÖ) in Vienna.

"Generations in Dialogue: The Success Factor of Diversity in International Cooperation"

A practical discussion on intergenerational teamwork and intercultural business competence.

For the first time, five generations are working together in the professional world*. At the same time, cultural differences are shaping the daily work of internationally operating companies more than ever.

How can successful collaboration across age and cultural boundaries be achieved? What experiences do Austrian companies have – for example, in exchange with partners in Asia or other markets? And what potentials can be tapped through conscious generation and culture management?
*Gen Z is driving change in the multigenerational workforce | World Economic Forum

Laurenz Ketzer, Department Lead Business Development Austria, Delta AG
Christina Rami-Mark, Managing Director, Mark Metallwarenfabrik
