The Neuroscience of Building Mental Resilience : Your Own Tiny Experiments

An Evening With Neuroscientist Dr. Anne-Laure Le Cunff

Wednesday 2nd April -  19h30 to 22h

In an era of uncertainty—marked by political shifts, economic instability, and environmental crises—how can we cultivate the mental resilience needed to thrive?

We are thrilled to invite you to our Personal Development Program inaugural event in 2025: a conversation with neuroscientist and Founder of Ness Labs, Dr. Anne-Laure Le Cunff.

Dr Anne-Laure Le Cunff explores how embracing an experimental mindset can help us adapt, stay mentally agile, and turn challenges into opportunities for growth. Drawing from her new book, Tiny Experiments, Dr Le Cunff will share insights from neuroscience on how small, low-risk actions can strengthen cognitive flexibility, reduce anxiety, and help us regain a sense of agency in an unpredictable world.

Expect practical strategies, real-life stories, and powerful reframes that will inspire attendees to approach life as a series of experiments, embracing curiosity as a tool for resilience. This conversation is a must-attend for anyone looking to build inner strength, cultivate adaptability, and find constructive ways forward in times of chaos.

This inspiring conversation will come with a copy of Tiny Experiments gifted to each attendee for further personal development, an opportunity to have the book signed by Dr. Anne-Laure and a networking cocktail reception.
