Jared Sheridan, an international double gold medalist in rowing, Ironman triathlete, and performance coach to executives and athletes. With a background in corporate recruitment, he now helps professionals unlock clarity, confidence and lasting energy through elite-level coaching.
Together, they’ll explore how to build sustainable energy, sharper focus, and true balance.
