Laurent is the Director of capital markets of CDP Europe. He began his career in 1991 at Banque Indosuez, where he worked for 10 years in the financial markets. In 2000, an awakening made him leave the bank and co-found Start-up connexion, an incubator for technology start-ups, where he helped entrepreneurs accelerate their activities, before creating Corcovado in 2005, a consulting agency in seed and venture capital fundraising, for which he settled in Brazil in 2007. During his stay in Brazil, he became a mentor of the NGO Endeavor, an international Non-Profit organization aiming at developping sustainable entrepreneurship in emerging countries.
Laurent is a member of the Euronext’s Low Carbon 100 index advisory board, and of the Greenfin French label (Ministry of Ecological Transition).
Besides, he’s part of the Steering Committee of the recently created CEM - Cercle de l'Expertise à Mission (Circle of Mission-aimed expertise).
 Laurent holds an Executive MBA in management from the IESE Business School. He also graduated with a Masters degree in banking, finance, insurance (BFA) from Paris Dauphine University.



  • Sophie Flak – Managing Partner CSR & Digital of Eurazeo 

Sophie joined Eurazeo in 2013 as CSR Director. She has defined the CSR strategic pillars and 2020 targets for the company and its participations. Since 2015, she’s also in charge of coordinating the latters’ digital transformation. Previously, she used to be ExCo member of AccorHotels Group, in charge of Transformation, the scope encompassing technologies, organization, innovation & CSR. Thus, she has significantly contributed to AccorHotels’s position as a world leader for CSR, in particular through the “Planet 21” program. Earlier, she held a Partner position in the Strategy practice of Accenture, where as a specialist in large Transformation programs & Innovation, she launched France’s CSR advisory activity.


Sébastien begins his career as IT and Finance consultant at PwC in Paris. In 2003, he joins Atos Group to take in charge, under the direct supervision of the CEO and COO, the 3 key transformation programs of the company, respectively focused on: operational performance, sales performance and well-being at work. In 2011, he joins Worldline, an Atos subsidiary specialized in payment transactions, to drive its transformation acceleration and IPO in 2014. In July, he is appointed as CSR Director, to set up and steer Worldline’s policy in the matter. From 2015 on, the company is awarded ISO 14001 certification, Ecovadis Gold label and AA1000. It prides itself on belonging to the restricted circle of “GRI-G4 comprehensive” companies for international CSR transparency, and on having issued CSR 2020 targets as early as 2016. Finally, Worldline achieves outstanding rankings in the major indexes Oekom, MSCI, Sustainalytics.

Alongside his responsibilities at Worldline, he sits at the Executive Board of CSR Directors since 2018.
