I’m Afshin Rezaee, an ESSEC Global MBA alumnus and a dedicated expert in Environmental Commodities and Voluntary Carbon Markets (VCM).
I currently work as a consultant, advising organizations on measuring, reporting, and reducing Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions, ensuring crucial alignment with international standards and ESG reporting requirements.
I’ve built this expertise through key roles at leading organizations, including Schneider Electric Sustainability Business (SE Advisory) and Green Power Commodities. In these capacities, he specialized in developing global sourcing and pricing models for Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs) (such as GOs, I-RECs, and RECs) and delivering tailored Scope 1 & 2 decarbonization strategies for multinational clients. His expertise spans the complex landscape of international regulations and standards, including the GHG Protocol, CDP, RE100, and SBTI.
