Prof. Aurélien COLSON, Academic Co-Director of the ESSEC Institute for Geopolitics & Business, will open the debate moderated by Ambassador Daniel JOUANNEAU, Senior Fellow at the Institute. Thomas FRIANG, Executive Director of the Institute, will deliver closing remarks.
