Giving Back with Flavor! 

As part of our ongoing commitment to support student initiatives, the AAIMHI board  is proud to share that the proceeds from last year’s Christmas tombola were donated to IMHI Traiteur, the culinary and event-planning student association at ESSEC.

This emblematic association, a pioneer since 1999, continues to bring together a team of passionate and creative students who combine talent and savoir-faire to elevate every event they touch. From bespoke cocktail receptions to elegant breakfasts and fully homemade buffets, they are redefining campus catering — one delicious bite at a time.

The donation has helped equip their brand-new kitchen on campus, turning it into a real lab of culinary innovation. We’re thrilled to see the next generation of event professionals sharpen their skills and keep the spirit of hospitality alive.
