Become a mentor

Help an ESSEC student prepare his career plan via 3 to 4 discussions spread out over a period of 6-months. Mentors can join the program at any time of the year. Depending on the compatibility between your background and the student's career plan, you will be matched with them between November and March of the current school year. To become a mentor, you need to:

- be an ESSEC graduate
- have at least 3 years of professional experience
- be currently working

Become an Apprentice Advisor

Each year, nearly 1,000 ESSEC students choose to do an apprenticeship. The School's CFA (Apprentice Training Center) is looking for mentors to support them.

Aim: ensure the experience goes smoothly for the duration of  the apprenticeship, advise the student and validate the skills they have learned, with at least three meetings over two years.

Be a lecturer

The school regularly looks for lecturers to share their experience and expertise on specific topics. If you are interested, send an e-mail to the dedicated email address. You will then receive an automatic reply inviting you to complete a form about your professional experience.
