HOW IT WORKS
Self-governing groups: initially a volunteer facilitator helps the group get started, then the participants themselves lead the group and make individual contributions to its success.
The discussions in these groups align with core values: respect, kindness and proactivity.
Maximum group size of 12 alumni.
Groups meet for two hours every other week, either in-person or remotely.
Requirements: participants must have a clear search plan for a salaried position.
