This month sees a wave of appointments – CEOs, COOs, CFOs, a Head of Treasury… and even a Légion d’honneur. A selection of recent appointments across the ESSEC network.

Grégoire Bailly-Salins (E13) has been appointed Deputy CEO of Ofi Invest Real Estate, in charge of business development and investments. He joined Ofi Invest in 2023 after six years at Union Investment and three years at Aviva. 

Adrien Guillotteau (M02) has been appointed Head of the new Supply Chain & Customer Services department at Toshiba Tec France. Since 2023, he had been Director of Operations and Customer Relations at Toshiba Tec France. 

Ana Aliyari (E13) has been promoted to Managing Director within the Food & Consumer team at PAI Partners, a mid- and large-cap investment fund.

Stéphane Feldmann (E03) has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee at GreenYellow, a French company specialising in decentralised energy transition. Since 2019, he had been Principal Operating Partner at OpenGate Capital.  

Jérôme Martinache (SMIS23) becomes Director of Public Affairs, Customer Insights and Communications at HARTMANN France. These new responsibilities are in addition to his role as Director of Medical Affairs, which he has held since 2020 within the European leader in healthcare products.  

Myriam Darribère (E06) has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of IMMO Mousquetaires, the property arm of the Les Mousquetaires group. She joined the company in 2019 and previously served as Head of Assets.

Vincent Poulingue (MBA02) has been appointed General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Paris, effective 18 May 2026. His arrival coincides with the announcement of a major transformation and refurbishment programme for the hotel. Since 2023, he had been General Manager of the Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz. 

Pierre-Henri Verlhac (E94) has been appointed Strategy Director of HHDR Group, a premium watchmaking group. He will support the development of this Switzerland-based player and help structure its growth trajectory. 

Mathilde Vincent (BBA 07) continues her career within the Hermès group and becomes Head of Business Development. She joined Hermès in 2011, initially as Womenswear Product Manager, and has since held several roles, including Head of Customer Experience and After-Sales, and later Head of Retail Experience. 

After seven years at BlaBlaCar, Louis Sachot (M12) has been appointed COO of Bip&Go, a subsidiary of the Sanef group responsible for marketing Liber-t toll subscription services. 

Claire Saulnier (M26) has been appointed Group Treasurer at the real estate company Icade. She began her career in 2005 as a consultant at PwC before joining several real estate groups (Nexity, Quartus). In November 2024, she completed a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management at ESSEC. 

Distinctions

On 10 April, Amal Louis (MBA 17) , Director of Business Development and Intermodal Solutions at the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille, was awarded the Légion d’honneur. The distinction was presented by Philippe Tabarot, Minister for Transport.

Appointed Knight of the Légion d’honneur by presidential decree on 31 December 2025, she is recognised for a career entirely dedicated to maritime transport, as well as her key role in the development and international influence of the Port of Marseille Fos.
