Founded in 1923, ESSEC Alumni is one of the largest associations of graduates in France. It has over 60,000 alumni among its members, with a new class of 2,000 young working people joining the ranks every year. With a presence in more than 80 countries, it is a truly global association. ESSEC Alumni has around 600 volunteers and employees who run more than 125 clubs worldwide and organise around 1,000 events per year.
ESSEC Alumni invites all of its members to attend a General Assembly once a year in order to carry out the renewal of its Board of Directors, which is formed of 21 to 27 members, each elected for three years.
The Board of Directors chooses a Chair from among its members, as well as several other members to form the Chair’s Office for a one-year term.
The Office, led by the chair, manages the association’s work. The Board of Directors rules on the main directions to take and on the Office’s proposals.
