Mentoring is first and foremost a relationship of trust based on a voluntary commitment and free and regular exchanges between a mentor and a mentee, supervised by a third party facilitator, ESSEC Alumni and its Entrepreneurs Club.

If you have taken the plunge and launched your entrepreneurial project, you can benefit from the support of an experienced graduate to accelerate the development of your business: become a mentee!

If you are an experienced entrepreneur or company director, get involved in this scheme for solidarity and intergenerational transmission: become a mentor!

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

The length of the mentorship is set by the mentor-mentee pair, generally lasting no longer than one year (6 months for Station F incubation program).

The mentor and mentee must be on the same page about how often they meet and for how long.
