STUDENT MENTORING

SPECIAL IMHI

PAIRING TALENTS
UNLOCKING POTENTIAL
This mentorship program is managed by the ESSEC IMHI Talent Center and by the AAIMHI association.

The IMHI student mentoring program is the brainchild of Jean-Gabriel Pères (E80), who advises second-year students on their career plans, and Johanna Wagner (H13), member of the AAIMHI ESSEC Hospitality Alumni office.

Given that students often need a chance to talk about their hopes and fears with industry experts, the purpose of this mentoring program is to support young professionals as they work to achieve their career goals.

The program is open to Hospitality Management students in the following tracks: Luxury Services Management, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Real Estate Management and E-commerce.
