Cross-Border Gathering in Colmar

The ESSEC Alumni Alsace Club, the Chapter Switzerland and the Chapter Germany invite you to a gathering in the heart of Colmar.

The goal of this event is simple: to bring together the different ESSEC communities from the cross-border region, encourage exchanges, and create new connections between alumni living or working in Alsace, Switzerland, and Germany.

We invite you to join us for a convivial moment combining culture, networking, and gastronomy, including a guided museum visit followed by an aperitif and dinner.

📍 Colmar

Program of the day

2:30 PM – 4:00 PM | Discovery Rally in Colmar’s City Center

To start the day and discover Colmar in a different way, we will offer an interactive visit inspired by the Mission Bartholdi. Equipped with a map and clues, you will explore the historic center in search of works by the famous Colmar-born sculptor Auguste Bartholdi, creator of the Statue of Liberty. A fun and friendly way to explore the city while uncovering some of its secrets.

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Guided Visit of the Unterlinden Museum

We will end the afternoon with an exclusive guided tour of the Unterlinden Museum, led by one of the museum’s top partner guides.

The visit will be conducted by a multilingual guide (French, English, German) to facilitate exchanges between the different communities present.

This experience will allow you to discover the museum’s major works and the history of this iconic place in Colmar, while sharing a special moment with fellow alumni.

6:00 PM | Aperitif

After these cultural discoveries, we invite you to join us for a convivial aperitif to continue the conversations in a relaxed atmosphere. This will be a great opportunity to share your impressions of the afternoon and enjoy a moment together before dinner for those who wish to extend the evening.

Please note that drinks during the aperitif will be at your own expense.

7:00 PM | Friendly Dinner

For those who wish to continue the evening, we suggest a dinner at Restaurant 5S, an original venue combining Alsatian cuisine with Japanese influences.

A wonderful opportunity to strengthen connections between the ESSEC Alumni communities of Alsace, Switzerland, and Germany in a cultural and convivial setting.

See you soon!

Warm regards,

The ESSEC Alumni Alsace Club Team, the Swiss Chapter, and the Stuttgart Chapter
