ESSEC Alumni Day 2022 has the ambition to gather all Alumni around the world on the topic of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Let's close this day dedicated to Diversity and Inclusion with a dinner in an exceptional setting at the Waterfront.
Special Guest: Ellen Fischat, Founder of Story Room, a social enterprise that focuses on inclusive, digital and socio-economic impact program design and implementation.
Ellen Fischat is a South African entrepreneur, the Founder of Story Room, a social enterprise that focuses on inclusive, digital and socio-economic impact program design and implementation.
She has led the program design and establishment of two ICT Incubators in Nelson Mandela Bay. Her skills have been sourced to design and manage Oribi Village, a social enterprise incubator in Cape Town. Ellen has long standing relationships with International development agencies, tertiary education institutions and innovation hubs. She continues to design international innovation incubation programs in aerospace technologies, renewable energy, cleantech, agriculture, digital literacy and e-commerce development, with and for African communities.
Ellen has extensive experience in small business development, with a focus on social enterprises and technology. She mentors of technology start-ups and designs community outreach programs, that focus on personal development, digital literacy and increasing employability of marginalized young women through STEM initiatives.
