Dear ESSEC Alumni,
We are pleased to invite you to the 5th Annual ESSEC Alumni USA Gala Benefit, held in partnership with the ESSEC Foundation and ESSEC Business School. This signature evening brings our community together to strengthen ESSEC’s presence and influence in the United States, while supporting initiatives that advance the School’s impact, including scholarships, academic excellence, and responsible entrepreneurship.
Every year, the Chapter proudly bestows the Visionary Award to honor an outstanding member of our community who has reached exceptional levels of professional and personal achievements. This year, we are delighted to recognize Julien Bonneville (E06), Founder and CEO of TheGuarantors - a fintech leader transforming residential leasing through innovative lease guarantee solutions. Founded from scratch in 2015, TheGuarantors’ mission is to unlock access, reduce risk, and drive operational efficiency across the residential leasing ecosystem, helping renters qualify for homes while protecting property owners against default risk. Today, the platform supports a footprint of over 3.5 million rental units across many of the largest institutional property management companies in the United States, and the company is now nearing a $1B valuation.
Julien’s contribution is equal parts vision and resilience: building something real, through real-world chaos, that makes renting a bit more human - and a lot less arbitrary.

Your ticket purchase is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. In accordance with IRS regulations, the fair market value (FMV) of any goods or services received must be deducted from the total contribution.
Some free tickets will be attributed to current ESSEC students and young graduates (2022 - 2025) a few days before the event, depending on the number of seats remaining. If you would like to be added to the waiting list for a free ticket, please contact anita.maksymchuk@essec.edu.
