Dear members,
The ESSEC Alumni Industry Club, the Paris Committee of French Foreign Trade Advisors and CentraleSupélec Alumni invite you to a discussion with Philippe d'Ornano, President of Sisley and Co-President of METI, on Monday 9 February at 7pm at Sisley's headquarters, 3 Avenue de Friedland (Paris 8ᵉ).
Tax increases, regulatory instability, gradual loss of know-how... are all signs of a potentially uncompetitive environment that is slowing investment and weakening our industry.
What if the solution came from mid-sized companies, which form the backbone of our industrial fabric?
7200 French mid-sized companies offer jobs to a quarter of private sector employees and generate a third of national exports. They play an essential role in supporting the country's growth, innovation and economic sovereignty. Discover their influence on French economy... and potentiel job opportunities !
This event will highlight the potential of mid-sized companies ("ETI") as drivers of reindustrialisation, while exploring the levers for small companies ("PME") to grow and become ETI.
A concrete debate to understand how to avoid an industrial ‘standstill’ with major human and economic consequences — site closures, job losses, weakening French industrial flagships.
