Dear ESSEC Alumni,Join us for a conference on Thursday, March 2 where we will be joined by Hugues Mingarelli, external lecturer at ESSEC, to discuss how Ukraine has to combine the reconstruction and EU integration processes, while retaking control of its territory. Hugues Mingarelli was the EU Ambassador to Ukraine from 2016 to 2019. He was Managing Director for Middle East and North Africa at the European External Action Service (EEAS) from 2011 to 2015. Before that, he was Deputy Director General for Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood at the European Commission (2007-2011).
