We’re happy to announce that our ESSEC Alumni Hamburg Fondue tradition lives on in 2026! 🧀🔥
After the permanent closure of our beloved Palü fondue restaurant (host of our very first fondue evening in 2023), we explored some rather creative options… until we found the perfect spot right in the heart of Hamburg: a gourmet wine bar that also serves fondue 🍷🧀.
