Nathalie's personal and professional journey has shaped her commitment to raise awareness about diversity and inclusion in our societies. Born in France, and originally from Cambodia, Nathalie has lived the past twenty years across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, driven by a passion for learning about local cultures. As an impact entrepreneur, Nathalie is the founder of NSEMBL dedicated to driving social and climate change. |
What is the Diversity Fresk?
🌍 The Diversity Fresk is an interactive and experiential game lasting 3 hours that effectively raises awareness and encourages critical thinking regarding the issues of discrimination and inclusion within organizations. Inspired by the pedagogy of the Climate Fresk, it takes the form of a collective intelligence workshop bringing together about ten people and a facilitator.
The tool was co-created by ESSEC Business School and the company Belugames.
