Our friend Pierre Grosser, historian and diplomat with his wife Emmanuelle Pavillon-Grosser, current consul general of France in HCMC, has a Unique 360 documented view on the future of a leading Asia and the USA - China, Cold War. As they are leaving the country, it's a unique and timely opportunity to get useful insights and more.
