The ESSEC Alumni General Meeting was held on Thursday, June 19, 2025. More than 160 alumni attended at the Catholic Institute of Paris, and online thanks to our live broadcast.
Key takeaways: committed alumni, a community that shines
In 2024, for the 4th consecutive year, the number of cumulative beneficiaries of our services increased significantly (34,373 beneficiaries, +15% vs 2023).
Showcasing our community, celebrating our alumni

Nearly 800 events organized in France and internationally, with 23,280 participants (+19% vs 2023).
- In France, 2 new clubs were created: the ESSEC Alumni Industry Club and the ESSEC Alumni SMIB Group.
- Internationally, ESSEC Alumni and ESSEC Business School met with alumni around the world: China, Canada, the USA, Belgium, the UK, Morocco…
- We had the honour of welcoming exceptional speakers: Marc Ferracci, Minister of Industry and Energy, Claude Lelouch, producer and director, Clément Beaune, High Commissioner for Strategy and Planning, and Ryad Mezzour, Minister of Industry and Commerce of Morocco.
- Among students, overall use of our services increased in 2024–2025 (+23% vs 2023–2024). Awareness of networking, support for student associations, integration into our club boards… we develop targeted initiatives that meet their real needs.
- For young professionals, career support closely tailored to their needs with a series of workshops to kickstart their careers, a dedicated coach, and new networking events at the Maison des ESSEC.
Station F: the incubator co-founded by ESSEC and ESSEC Alumni
In 2 years, our incubator has become a place that combines excellence, success, and caring support:

Strategy 20–24: 5 years of impact and engagement
2025 marks the final year of our 20–24 strategy. In five years, the Association has grown significantly.
And it is precisely because we are well established that it is time to reinvent ourselves.

Election of 8 new Board members
Voters reviewed the 7 meeting resolutions and approved them all.
They also filled the 8 open positions on the Board of Directors:
Welcome to the newly elected: Claire Basini (E98), Antoine Foskett (E23), and Albin Serviant (E92)
And congratulations to Clara Chappaz (E12), Arnaud Gangloff (E92), Olivier Maréchal (E87), Monika Moser (IMHI 10), and Julien Ohana (E03) who have been re-elected for a second term.
