The event will unfold in three highlights: an opening concert in the Grand Amphi; an alumni conference/round table, notably featuring Elisabeth Moreno (Executive MBA 06) for the 2026 edition; followed by a networking cocktail and a festive closing.
Through this project, the association aims to celebrate the diversity of African nationalities represented at ESSEC, inspire students and professionals around the geopolitical and economic challenges linking Europe and Africa, and position ESSEC as an engaged and internationally minded institution.

Genius ESSEC for Genius Talks ESSEC
With Genius Talks ESSEC, the association affiliated with Genius Global is launching a podcast dedicated to the inspiring journeys of entrepreneurs, primarily ESSEC graduates.
In addition to the episodes, a small-format breakfast or lunch with each guest speaker will extend the discussion in an informal yet high-quality setting, fostering direct and lasting human connections.
Conceived as the first building block of a broader entrepreneurial ecosystem, the project aims to structure, over time, a network of engaged alumni entrepreneurs and to support students leading their own ventures.
Through this initiative, the association seeks to support students with concrete feedback on career choices and entrepreneurial paths, highlight inspiring ESSEC journeys, and contribute to the School’s influence as a key player in entrepreneurship and innovation, in France and internationally.

MODESSEC for Fashion Bridges
The association is launching Fashion Bridges, a networking evening scheduled for September 2026.
Structured in two parts, with a round table bringing together 5 to 7 alumni followed by an intimate cocktail reception, the event aims to address a strong need expressed by students: understanding possible career paths in the creative industries, identifying key internships, and standing out in demanding sectors.
By connecting students and graduates in a supportive and professional environment, Fashion Bridges seeks to showcase the diversity of creative professions represented within the ESSEC community, well beyond the luxury sector alone.
How does it work?
Applications were assessed against five criteria. First: the coherence of the approach and the quality of the proposal. Second: alignment with ESSEC Alumni’s strategic pillars (Inspire, Connect, Support, Together to Act). Third: the ability to connect students and alumni, whether through an intergenerational dimension or interactions with ESSEC Alumni, particularly its communities. Fourth: openness to the entire student community, across all programmes and nationalities. Finally, fifth: originality and innovation.
A jury reflecting the diversity of ESSEC stakeholders selected the winning projects. Representing ESSEC Alumni and the graduates were: Nathalie Blanc (BBA 02), Board member, Head of Sub-Saharan Africa region, Co-Head of the Provence Club and entrepreneur at Station F; Emilie Duquenne (E01), Board member; Henri Floreani (E21), member of the ESSEC Transition Alumni executive committee; Antoine Foskett (E23), Board member, Class of 2023 representative, Wavestone corporate correspondent and former BDE President; Marie-Pierre Schickel (E95), Chief Executive Officer; Isabelle Frappat, Director of France Communities; as well as Hannane Nebie and Chloé Guilbert (E09), for the ESSEC Alumni Student & Young Graduates team. Representing ESSEC: Paul Massart, Director of Student and Residential Life. Finally, representing the students: Gabriel Aubugeau (E27), Inter-Association Officer within the Grande École BDE.
Thank you to them for their commitment, and congratulations to all the associations who applied!
