This event is reserved for ESSEC Alumni volunteers only (Chapter Presidents, Professional Club Managers, Leisure Club Managers, French Regional Group Managers) and the members of their board. Dear Chapter Presidents,Because of the health crisis and the last French governmental recommendations, ESSEC Alumni Seminar will finally be held virtually ON ZOOM on Thursday 1 October 2020 from 2pm to 5.30pm CET.This is quite a good news as this digital format allows us to invite Chapter Presidents from America, Africa and Asia-Pacific in addition to Europe, MENA and French community managers!The aim of this event is to bring you all together to: share your experiences as volunteers, create bridges between each of your communities, inform you of the association's new services... but above all, to get to know each other in a friendly atmosphere!To get prepared for the seminar, we kindly ask you to gather all your best practices and new ideas on how to manage a chapter (physical & online events, communications, welcoming newcomers, social medias, mutual help...) that you could share with all the participants on that day.REGISTRATION is COMPULSORY BELOWThe zoom link will be sent to all the registered participants on the day.Pre-program:Short introductionSubgroups: How to lead a community?
