| Arnaud Delphin is a french Executive Coach & Outplacer. After an engineering degree and a bachelor in philosophy, Arnaud held during more than 15 years several international management positions in the telecom industry, including an expatriation in Afghanistan. At the same time, he volunteered for more than 10 years in various NGOs, in France and India. In 2011, graduated from HEC Paris Executive MBA, he decided to help executives & teams to succeed in their professional changes, either on the job (coaching) or in transition (outplacement). Certified coach, he is today Senior Partner of L'Espace Dirigeants in Paris and Founder of Evolution Plus in Lyon.
