Do you want to make progress by working with a group of alumni who share your professional challenges? ESSEC Alumni offers group workshops on the majority of issues you’re likely to encounter throughout your career:
- A la carte themed workshops – 1 half-day. Choose from a range of topics: mobilising your network, introducing your business or project, developing your business through digital tools, communicating on LinkedIn, updating your resume, talking with a headhunter, answering recruiters’ trick questions, standing out on a shortlist, making a success of your first 100 days, exploring mindfulness meditation, and more.
- Online themed workshops (webinars) – 1 half-day. Would you rather use the careers service’s offerings remotely? ESSEC Alumni offers some of its workshops via video conferencing, in French (for all alumni) and in English (for international alumni).
- ‘Élan+’ group outplacement seminar – 11 days over 2 months. Are you going through a professional transition? Give your job-hunting – and your motivation – a boost with classmates who are in the same situation as you. With help from them and from a coach, identify your strengths, determine and confirm your project, and begin your applications.
- Business buyer seminar – 1 day. Are you looking to take over a company? Learn the legal and administrative basics of the process, receive support from a coach, hear other buyers’ experiences, and find the SME that meets your aims.
- Personal development seminar – Enneagram method – 2 days. Learn to know yourself better to help you make the right professional decisions.
- MBTI personality test seminar – 1-day group workshop and 1 individual session. Identify your strengths and weaknesses to improve your work.
