Anne-Sophie Grouchka (E08) has been appointed CEO of Kereis, a brokerage group serving insurers and banking partners. After starting her career in a ministerial office, she has spent her entire career in the insurance sector (COO Allianz France, then CEO of Solvd Group). 

Alban Gréget (E98) becomes CEO of Kresk, Didier Tabary’s family office. Since 2018, he had been Deputy CEO of Artémis, the investment holding company of the Pinault family.

Angèle France (E15) has been appointed Director within the Small Cap team at private equity fund Abenex. She joined Abenex in 2021 after four years at EY (Transaction Services) and two years in the finance department of Hermès Group, first in Singapore and then in Paris.  

Jean-Werner de T'Serclaes (E99) has been appointed Co-Chairman of the EMEA region at FTI Consulting and joins the global executive committee of the international business advisory firm. 

Thomas Rocher (BBA 15) becomes Head of Retail Innovation at Bpifrance. Having spent ten years within the public investment bank, he was previously in charge of digital transformation for the fund-of-funds and investment oversight.

Julie Lattes (E02) joins Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner within the consulting practice in Paris. She will be responsible for developing the firm’s leadership advisory activities. She was previously CEO of Uside, a consultancy specialising in organisational transformation. A certified coach, Julie Lattes began her career at Oneida in restructuring advisory before joining Danone as a project officer to the Secretary General, then Vinci Construction as Director of Communications. She also served as Managing Director at BCG BrightHouse in Paris. 

Alice Audry (E15) becomes Deputy Human Resources Director at Aéma Groupe, following the creation of a new HR and sustainability division. Aéma Groupe is a mutual organisation bringing together Aésio Mutuelle, Macif, Abeilles Assurances and Ofi Invest.  

After ten years at B&B Hotels Group, Anne-Claire Bootz (M16) joins Pierre & Vacances Group as Development Director. She will be responsible for accelerating the group’s expansion across France and Europe. Anne-Claire Bootz has built her entire career in hospitality and services, first with Lenôtre Group and then with Horwath HTL France.  

Yann Le Touher (E07) becomes Executive Director of the Fondation des Bernardins. A specialist in cultural patronage, he has spent his career within major institutions: the Louvre Museum, Musée d’Orsay, Centre Pompidou and Grand Palais. More recently, he was Director of External Relations at the Art Explora Foundation, an organisation committed to democratising access to culture.  

Kai Jansen (EXEC M24) has been appointed General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental, Macau. With fifteen years’ experience in luxury hospitality, he has built most of his career within the Mandarin Oriental Group, where he has held several operational roles. He was previously General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Zurich. 

Thomas Bouleuc (E93) has been appointed President of Moët Hennessy Diageo Japan, a highly strategic market for LVMH in the wines and spirits sector. He has spent most of his career within LVMH Group, notably leading the champagne brand Armand de Brignac, overseeing Moët Hennessy’s global strategy and holding regional responsibilities in Southeast Asia.

Christophe Menger (E10) has been promoted to Partner at Brunswick, a strategic advisory firm specialising in corporate, financial and crisis communications. He began his career at Bain & Company.  

Alexandre Daoud (M12) joins DWS as Head of Coverage Middle East and Africa, based in the United Arab Emirates. He was previously Head of Capital Markets at Panattoni Middle East. 

Distinctions

Rémi Douchet (E06), co-founder of iVESTA family office, has been named among the “Top 100 Wealth Leaders” by the Grand Forum du Patrimoine (Groupe Décideurs / Leaders League). He co-founded the firm in 2017 alongside Pierre-Marie de Forville and Ariane Darmon, with the ambition of supporting first-generation entrepreneurs, particularly in tech, through tailored and bespoke solutions.
