Under the impetus of the alumni, many support and mutual aid chains were quickly formed to provide assistance and help to Ukrainians who benefit from the temporary protection status.

ESSEC Alumni is particularly active in maintaining a link with the community of alumni of Ukrainian origin and their relatives. 

Several actions of support and networking between chapters help guide and assist alumni after their arrival in France.

Since March 2022, ESSEC's commitment has been expressed in several ways:

• the organisation of a money collection, 
• the support and animation of a mutual aid network, 
• the recruitment of a project manager,
• employment support.
• The objective is to enlighten and inform the community about this humanitarian crisis (conferences, round tables, articles...). 

It is also to act together to support the alumni and their families in the short and medium term (toolbox, practical information, adaptation workshop, psychological help).
